KHI Mechanical

We were incorporated in 2002 as a design/build mechanical contracting company. Specializing in design, installation, service and maintenance of mechanical systems for commercial, industrial facilities and small businesses, we have completed several hundred million dollars in projects. Our team consists of experienced project managers, engineers, foreman, pipefitters, sheet metal workers and service technicians. All of our journeymen are trained, tested, and certified through the union trade school programs. Our team offers a variety of different services in the Salt Lake Valley and surrounding areas. We work in partnership with the Local 140 Utah Pipefitters as well as the Sheet Metal Workers International Association Local 312.

HVAC- Grease duct for future restaurants, 4-pipe fan coil system, chillers, cooling towers, boilers, pumps, ductwork, BMS controls system and snowmelt system. Plumbing- waste, vent, roof drains, gas and water piping, high end fixtures, grease waste system.

SUNDT CONSTRUCTION

HVAC consists of energy recovery units, air handlers, ductless splits, electric heaters, pumps, expansion tanks, air separators, glycol feed system, grooved mechanical piping, ductwork and in house BIM modeling. Plumbing with PRV stations, booster pumps, storage tanks, tankless water heaters, ductile iron piping, roof drain piping, copper water piping, CPVC waste piping and no hub waste and vent piping
