KHI Mechanical

We were incorporated in 2002 as a design/build mechanical contracting company. Specializing in design, installation, service and maintenance of mechanical systems for commercial, industrial facilities and small businesses, we have completed several hundred million dollars in projects. Our team consists of experienced project managers, engineers, foreman, pipefitters, sheet metal workers and service technicians. All of our journeymen are trained, tested, and certified through the union trade school programs. Our team offers a variety of different services in the Salt Lake Valley and surrounding areas. We work in partnership with the Local 140 Utah Pipefitters as well as the Sheet Metal Workers International Association Local 312.

OKLAND CONSTRUCTION

Parking garage project with an ERV, fan coils, garage exhaust fans, transfer fans, unit heaters, snowmelt system, pumps and VFD’s. Plumbing waste, vent and and gas piping and sump pumps.

LAYTON CONSTRUCTION

City hall building with a VRF system, (85) indoor fan coil units, (12) outdoor units, ERV’s, in row server room cooling units, electric unit heaters, ductwork and refrigeration piping. Plumbing with waste, vent and gas piping.
